Do you have a doggy daycare service?


All our pet sitting services are offered at your home and while we can provide extended care at your place at an hourly rate, you may find one of our shorter visit options a better fit for your budget. Most dogs do very well left alone during the day with a couple of drop-in visits from us. We have a number of options including 20 minute, 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour options, depending on the specific needs of your pets. (Please note that we do not have a daycare facility, all our pet sitting services are offered in your home only).




Do you have a boarding kennels?


No, we do not offer a boarding service of any kind. Our pet sitting services take place in your home and were created as an alternative to kennels and boarding. We find that pets are generally more comfortable at home and we're really pleased to be able to offer this alternative service.




Are you able to care for my entire male dog? The kennels won't take him!


Aboslutely - as our pet sitting services mean your dog is in your own home, and not mixing with other dogs, we are happy to look after him!




Can you care for my animals tomorrow? It's an emergency!


If you're already a customer of ours, have an account registered and we've cared for your pets in the past, we will be happy to provide last minute services provided we have availabilty, as long as you've contacted us during business hours (8am-6pm). If you're a new customer we do require advanced notice in order to get your account set up and organise a meet & greet. We do recommend at least 3 days in advance although in particularly busy periods this could take longer. Please note that all bookings are subject to availabilty and generally the more advanvce notice you can give us, the more chance we have of being able to add your booking to our schedule.




Can I book your services for today?


Sorry, we are not able to take same day bookings.




What if I need to cancel my booking?


We operate a very fair cancellation policy which allows you to cancel any booking with no charge, as long as you give us more than 24 hours notice. Late cancellations (before 6pm the day prior to your booking) are charged at 50% and same day bookings are charged in full.




How do I pay?


Dog walking and pet sitting services are invoiced and sent by email at the end of each week. You can then pay online into our bank account. We do require payment to be recieved within 7 days of the date on the invoice. Late payments may incur an additional fee. Grooming appointments are to be paid upon pick-up of your dog. We can take cash or eftpos.
